粘弹性磁性磨具对铝板平面的光整加工研究 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了一种新型的磁性磨料—粘弹性磁性磨具,该磨具制备工艺相对简单,使用方便且光整性能可靠,并概述了其工作原理及影响磨具最终光整效果的主要因素。通过所制粘弹性磁性磨具对铝板平面的光整加工实验,分析了磁极头旋转速度及光整加工工作间隙对磨具光整性能的影响。采用工艺优化的方案,提升了粘弹性磁性磨具的光整效率,经25min光整加工后,试件表面的Ra值可降低到0.121μm。粘弹性磁性磨具为磁性磨料制备的新思路,具有广阔的应用前景。 A new type of magnetic abrasives-viscoelastic magnetic abrasives was proposed,which preparation process was relatively simple,easy to use and has the reliable finishing performance,and the abrasives'working mechanism and the main factors that influence the finishing effect were overviewed.Then the influence of magnetic pole's rotate speed and working gap on abrasives'machinability was analyzed through the finishing experiment of the aluminum plane with the viscoelastic magnetic abrasives.The finishing efficiency of the viscoelastic abrasives was improved by the optimization scheme,and the Ra value of the sample's surface could be decreased to 0.121μm after 25 minutes'finishing.The viscoelastic magnetic abrasives was a new idea to prepare the magnetic abrasives,which has wide prospects in application.
