摘要
传感器布置问题对机械结构的故障诊断和状态识别过程有重要意义。利用模态置信度(MAC)算法解决法兰螺纹连接结构故障检测中传感器优化布置问题。首先建立法兰螺纹连接结构的有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析。充分考虑模态分析结果和法兰结构实验的目的,初步选取传感器布置点用以候选。从侯选测点中选择满足MAC矩阵非对角元素最小的测点,添加到初始测点中,不断循环直至达到要求,实现了法兰结构传感器的优化与定位。为振动状态中螺纹连接结构的状态识别提供合理的传感器布置方式。
Describes an approach to optimize the layout of sensors used for flange bolted-Joints structure fault detection based on modal assurance criterion(MAC)algorithm.Firstly,the finite element model of the structure is established,and the modal analysis is carried on.Secondly,the preliminary selection of sensor arrangement is chosen after the adequate consideration of the modal analysis results and the flange structure experiment's objective.Thirdly,some candidate points are added to the measuring point cluster and the chosen points should meet the demand of the minimum no-diagonal element.The last step will not break until the required measuring points are obtained and the optimization and location of the sensor is realized.Provides the reasonable sensor arrangement to distinguish bolted-joints structure's condition in vibratory environment.
