摘要 随着现代制造技术的快速发展,CAPP越来越多的受到企业的广泛关注,工艺加工顺序决策是CAPP系统中最重要的工艺决策技术之一。针对CAPP技术中工艺加工顺序决策难题,提出了基于约束矩阵和遗传算法的智能化工艺决策方法,建立了基于遗传算法的工艺加工排序问题的数学模型,利用约束矩阵来描述工艺加工元间的优先关系,研究了基于遗传算法的工艺加工顺序决策过程,包括基因编码、适应度函数的设计、选种、基因重组和变异等。最后,以C#为开发语言,以Visual Studio2008为开发平台,开发成功了工艺决策系统模块并用实例验证了该方法的可行性。 With the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology,CAPP is being paid more and more attention by the enterprise,which is one of the most important key technology of process decision-making areas in the CAPP system.In order to solve the problem of processing sequence decision in CAPP,a method of intelligent decision-making process has been proposed based on constraint matrix and genetic algorithm,and a mathematical model based on genetic algorithm has been established.Through utilizing constraint matrix,prior relation between the processing elements is described,and the decision process for processing sequence is studied based on genetic algorithm,which includes the gene encoding,designing a fitness function,selection as well as genetic recombination and mutation,etc.In the end,with C# being as development language,Visual Studio 2008 as development platform,the process decision-making system module has been developed successfully and the feasibility is verified by practical examples.
