摘要 针对某机床厂生产的CK5116数控立式车床在振动过程中存在振动,噪声大等问题,对该机床了进行模态分析。首先采用SolidWorks软件得到整机的三维模型,建立该机床整机结构动力特征方程,通过有限元求解,得到整机的各阶固有频率和振型,同时根据各阶振型变化形态及应力集中区域,分析可能产生的共振频率,结合机床整机振动模态测试试验得到的模态参数,对比试验模态和有限元模态计算结果,除实验条件原因外,在允许的误差范围内,验证了建立的有限元模型是正确的,从而为有效控制机床整机振动噪声等问题的研究提供理论基础,为同类机床结构性能优化分析与实验提供必要的参考。 Concerning big vibration and louder noise of the CK5116 CNC vertical lathe in the process of vibration,modal analysis was done.Firstly,the SolidWorks software was applied to get a 3-dimensional model,and establish the dynamic characteristic equation for the machine tool structure.Through the finite element method,the natural frequencies and corresponding mode of vibration was obtained,and according to mode changes in morphology and stress concentrated area,a possible resonance frequency was analyzed.Combined with modal test parameters of the machine tool obtained in vibration model test,compared the modal test with the finite element modal calculation results to validate the correctness of the finite element model is within allowable error range except for the experimental conditions cause,which provide a theoretical basis for the research of the noise and vibration effective control and necessary reference for performance optimization analysis and experiments of similiar machine tools.
