摘要
工程中有很多零构件都是在重复冲击碰撞载荷条件下工作的,像枪械自动机上的关键受力件击锤、击针和拉壳钩等。这些零部件作为枪械上的关重件,其受撞击的表面非常容易出现损伤和毁坏,如果超过受力极限甚至会导致这些关重件的失效而造成一定的工程危险。就是针对目前缺少用于冲击自动机关重件的试验机而开设的课题,为满足枪械自动机关重件的冲击疲劳要求,设计了一种应用于冲击枪械关重件的卧式冲击疲劳试验机,建立了试验机的运动学计算模型,并分析了运动参数对冲击运动的协调性、安全性的影响,从理论上证明其能够很好地满足试验要求。
Many components may operate under repeated impact condition in engineering,such as machine needle,hammer and hook of the automatic mechanism,which contact surface is prone to appear various forms of injury,and even can lead to failure of the component and cause danger in engineering if the stress exceeds the limit.In order to solve the problem of lack research tools on testing the lifetime of critical components of mechanism under repeat impact load,an impact fatigue testing machine was designed.And the kinematics calculation model of the fatigue testing machine is established.What effect does the motion parameters on the correspondence and security of movement is also analyzed.Thus we can prove that it can meet the testing requirement theoretically.
