摘要
利用有限元软件ABAQUS研究一种新型复合板的力学性能,复合板由Al/TiN/TiSiN层合而成。在ABAQUS中建立瞬态动力学分析模型,即冲头冲击复合板模型,给冲头不同的速度,得到最大冲击力、冲头最大压深和冲击后的剩余速度,对比不同层数的复合板以及钢板、TiSiN、TiN受冲击的结果,验证其力学性能的优越性,其比模量由混合法则计算得到。结果表明:Al/TiN/TiSiN复合板比模量大且易于吸收载荷,其中软层Al主要吸收高频轻量的载荷,硬层主要抵挡低频重量的载荷。
The mechanical properties of a new laminated plate,made of Al,TiN and TiSiN,was researched by the finite element software ABAQUS.The transient dynamic analysis model was established by the ABAQUS,namely the punch impacted composite model.With different speed of punches,the maximal impact force,the maximal indentation of the punch and the residual velocity of the punch after impacting were got.By comparing the steel plates with different lamination,as well as the impactive results of steel plate,pure TiSiN plate and TiN plate,the superior mechanical properties of the laminated plates were verified,and the specific modulus was calculated by the rule of mixtures.The numerical examples show that the composite laminated plate is easy to absorb load with large specific modulus,in which the soft layers Al absorbs the high frequency load with light weight,the hard layers resist the low frequency load with heavy weight.
