我国大学视频公开课建设中的问题及其对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Video Open Class in Chinese Campus

随着现代传媒技术的发展和开放教育资源理念的兴起,网络环境下教育资源的开放与共享成为了信息时代的大趋势。针对教育部启动高校视频公开课项目建设规划,探讨分析了大学视频公开课的兴起和上线近半年来的成功之处及其存在的问题,在此基础上从观念形态、视频摄制、学习支持服务、教学行为、评价机制和知识产权保障等多层面提出了相应的对策。

With the development of modem media technology and the rise of the concept of the opening of educational resources, the opening and share of educational resources under the Intemet circumstances becomes a major trend in the information age. Considering the plan of the project of the Video open class in Chinese campus of the ministry of education, this thesis aims at discussing and analyzing the success and problems of the Video open class during the period of nearly half of a year between its rising and on-line, on the basis of which countermeasures are put forward concerning ideology, video capture, the acquisition of supporting service, teaching behavior, assessing mechanism and the protection of intellectual property.
