摘要
教师的教育技术能力被视作衡量教育信息化发展进程的重要指标,而面向教师群体发展的教育技术培训就成为教育信息化研究的重要工作。文章以陕西省中小学教师教育技术培训项目为例,从影响培训项目实施的区域化因素出发,分别在宏观战略、实施环节和具体措施三个方面阐释了在省级区域如何有效地开展教师教育技术培训。
Teacher's ICT Competency is regarded as an important indicator to measure the development process of Educational Informationization. The ICT Training of teachers' group is the important research of educational informationization. As an example of the Primary and Secondary School Teachers' ICT Training programs, the abstract analyzed the regional factors of the training programs, then put forward the feasible strategies to promote the regional teachers' ICT training from the three aspects: macro-strategy, implementation, concrete.
