析谈远洋渔船制冷系统的设计

Research on the Deign of Marine Refrigerating Systems for Ocean-going Fishing Vessels

远洋渔船制冷是渔获物冷藏链保鲜的首要环节，与陆上制冷对比，有其鲜明的独特性。文章以多种类型的远洋渔船为研究对象，根据笔者多年的成熟设计案例，在渔船制冷系统、制冷压缩机和附属设备的选配、渔船冻结设备、鱼舱冷却设备以及制冷设计细节方面，进行了对比分析，提出了一些行之有效的建议。

As the key link of by-catch cold chain,marine refrigerating systems for ocean-going fishing vessels have distinct uniqueness comparing to refrigerating systems on land.Based on the plentiful design experience of the auther,this article analyses different types of ocean-going fishing vessels.In terms of choosing the appropriate marine refrigerating systems,compressors and accessory devices,as well as the freezing and cooling systems and the design details ,this article presents several effective suggestions by contrastive analysis.
