摘要
论述了一种高效节能的除霜方法——压缩空气除霜在隧道式单冻机上的应用。比传统除霜方式的优一有：1、不需要设备停产，节省除霜时间，到达节能目的；2、库温波动小；3、提高生产效率；4、节约用电月水；5、应用前景广阔。
this paper discusses on a high effective and energy saving way of defrosting, the application of defrosting using compressed air on tmmel individual quick freezer. Compared to the traditional way of defrosting, its advantages lie in： 1. No need of equipment stop, defrosting time saving and energy saving. 2. Slight coldstorage temperature fluctuation. 3. Production efficiency improving. 4. Power and water saving. 5. Wide application prospect
