摘要
一种产品的设计、制造、流通、使用、维修乃至报废的全生命周期都将产生大量信息。针对产品生产、供应链、使用、维修、回收全过程跟踪管理和追溯产品信息问题,本文提出产品的全生命周期信息模型,将智慧信息技术应用于产品全生命周期的管理和追溯;设计静态智慧信息节点应用于轮毂生产和物流全过程的跟踪和追溯;设计全智慧信息节点用于车轮运行状态的检测和报警;通过智能化采集技术快速获取产品信息,并完善产品使用信息,实现全生命周期产品信息的统一管理,并为产品的报废回收提供有力的数据支持。
The whole life cycle of product design, manufacturing, circulating, use, maintenance until scrapped will generate a lot of information. In this paper, a product information model of full life cycle is proposed, and smart information technology is applied to product life cycle management and traceability. The static wisdom node is applied to the wheels of production and logistics of the whole process of tracking and tracing. Full information smart node is used for the detection of wheel running state and alarm. The smart IT improves the use of information to achieve the unified management of the entire lifecycle of product information, and provides convincing data to support the product's end-of-life recycling.
