摘要
UHP光源的舞台灯具包含调焦、图案盘、切割和CMY染色等多套系统,系统采用多单片机控制和网络控制,结构复杂。本文对控制系统采取全面的电磁兼容设计,防止大功率镇流器和开关电源对系统影响,提高可靠性,并根据干扰源的性质和形式,从硬件、软件和电源等方面采取一系列抗干扰措施,克服了系统的不稳定性和干扰的影响,取得较好效果。
The UHP lamp stage lighting contains several sub-systems including focus, gobo wheel, profiling, CMY color mixing and notwork control system. Multi-chips control and wireless network control are always adopted for this system, which makes the structure too complicated. Electro Magnetic design is adopted for the control system and to prevent the impact of high power ballast and switch source on the system, thus increasing reliability and reducing the impact of the interfere on the system. This paper introduces a series of anti-interference measures in software, hardware and power source to overcome adverse effects of instability and interference according to the character and form of interfering sources.
