制备脂肪酸甲酯的新工艺研究

Study on the New Technology of Preparing Fatty Acid Methyl Ester

采用新型固体碱催化剂LDH/LDO进行菜油酯交换反应制备脂肪酸甲酯 ,产率达 98.5%以上。该工艺操作简单 ,可直接获得脂肪酸甲酯和副产物甘油 ,催化剂可回收再生 ,整个过程无三废污染。

Preparing fatty acid methyl ester was achieved by reap oil ester exchange reaction by using new type solid alkali catalyst(LDH/LDO).The yield was over 98.5% and the operation simple.The process could directly obtain fatty acid methyl ester and by-product glycerol with no pollution and the catalyst couid be recovered.
