Cl^-环境下水库低涵进口混凝土结构使用寿命研究

摘要 以鲁家港水库低涵进口水室为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件建立了水室结构模型,模拟了Cl-在水室结构中的扩散过程,开展了基于钢筋锈蚀破坏的混凝土结构使用寿命预测研究.模拟结果表明,利用ANSYS软件对混凝土结构中的Cl-扩散过程进行模拟,能很好地反映出混凝土结构中不均匀浓度场的分布情况,再结合保护层深度的临界Cl-浓度,就能准确地预测出结构的使用寿命,为其他实际工程处理类似问题时提供参考和指导作用. This paper takes the water chamber of the low-bypass import of the Lujiagang reservoir for the study object, using ANSYS software to simulate the diffusion process of Cl in reinforced concrete structures in the water chamber, and making the service life prediction of concrete structures caused by reinforcement corrosion damage. The simulation results show that using ANSYS software to simulate the process of chloride diffusion in concrete structures can reflect the distribution of unstable concentration field in the concrete structure. Taking the critical chloride concentration in the protective layer depth into consideration, we can predict the service life of the structure and provide a reference for other practical engineering to deal with similar situations.
