摘要
建立了某型桥式起重机行走机构的虚拟样机模型,基于Hertz静力弹性接触理论,对模型进行了动力学仿真分析,验证了减速器的传动比和车速,得到了减速器的角加速度、齿轮啮合力和轮轨接触力,分析了机构的平稳性.运用有限元分析软件获取了减速器输出轴的应力分布和变形.结果表明,齿轮传动和轮轨接触的刚度激励与啮合冲击激励引起的响应呈周期性变化,减速器输出轴满足强度要求.
A virtual prototype model of bridge crane traveling mechanism is established. Based on the theory of Hertz formula, dynamic simulation analysis is carried out for the model. The transmission ratio of gears and the speed of traveling mechanism are checked. The angular acceleration and engaging force of gears reducer, and contact force between wheel and rail are calculated. The mechanism stability is analyzed. The stress distribution and deformation of output shaft are analyzed for gears reducer. The results show that the response resulting form the drive of mesh toughness and mesh impact was changed periodically, which happened in gears and wheel-track. The results also show that output shaft of gears reducer is safe.
