摘要 目的研究Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清3-硝基酪氨酸(3-NT)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等生化指标的含量及临床意义.方法按病例对照研究方法,招募确诊的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者64例,正常人对照病例20例.对入选人群进行人体测量、血生化检测和血清3-NT水平的测定,并分析其临床意义.结果糖尿病组血清中3-NT、体质量指数(BMI)、HbA1c、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(Cre)、收缩压、舒张压等指标均明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),单纯糖尿病组、糖尿病并发症组与正常对照组之间进行比较,各指标如3-NT,BMI,HbA1c,FPG,TG,Cre,收缩压,舒张压均具有统计学意义.糖尿病患者血清3-NT与各变量之间的多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示:糖尿病患者血清3-NT的含量受BMI和CHO影响.结论监测糖尿病患者3-NT,HbA1c,BMI及血脂等生化指标十分重要;联合检测3-NT,HbA1c,FPG在糖尿病及并发症的临床诊断及治疗中具有重要意义. Objective To study the other biochemical indicators in detection of 3 nitrotyrosine ( 3-NT), glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1 c ) and patients with type II diabetes serum and its clinical significance. Method According to case-control study, 40 patients with type II diabetes were recruited and 20 cases of healthy volunteers were taken as the control case. The selected subjects were examined in anthropometry and blood biochemistry, such as the level of serum 3-NT, and its clinical significance was analyzed. Results 3-NT in the serum, body mass index ( BMI ), HbA1 c, fasting plasma glucose ( FPG ), triglyceride ( TG ), creatinine (Cre), systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the diabetic group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with those in the normal control group, various indicators in the simple diabetic group and the group of diabetes with complications, such as 3-NT, BMI, HbA1 c, FPG,TG, Cre, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly different statistically. The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis on the 3-nitrotyrosine and the other variables in the serum of diabetic patients showed that serum 3-nitrotyrosine content of the diabetic patients was influenced by BMI and CHO.Conclusion Mornitoring 3-NT, HbAle, BMI and blood lipids and other biochemical indicators in patients with diabetes is very important. The simultaneous detection of 3-NT, HbAlc, BMI and blood lipids is of great significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and its complications.
