摘要
利用正交试验法,以木粉、PVC塑料粉末和LSZ偶联剂为原辅材料,通过模压方法制造家具装饰件,并用极差分析方法,就原料配比、模压工艺对所得试件性能的影响及趋势进行了分析,探索出在试验范围内的模压最佳工艺参数.
The authors employed orthogonal test as the experimental method and manufactured the decorative pieces of furniture which raw and auxiliary materials were wood flour, PVC plastic powder and LSZ coupling agent by compression molding. In addition, the authors also analyzed the effect of the ratio of raw materials, molding process on the properties of the specimen and then explored the best molding process parameters in the experimental range.
