摘要
知识经济是以知识为主的经济,而人力资源是知识的创造主体和载体。现代人力资源管理是企业运用现代管理的方法,最终实现企业发展目标的一种管理行为。电力企业人力资源服务产业化,是以市场为导向,以满足客户需求为目标,以价值创造为核心,以企业化管理为营运模式,依靠科技进步和专业化的服务,实现人才资源的市场化配置,使电力企业的发展适应并推动社会经济发展。
Knowledge economy is a kind of economy based on knowledge, while human resources is the main carrier for knowledge. Modern human resource management is the use of modern management methods, and ultimately achieves business devel- opment goals of a management behavior. The hu- man resources service industry of power enterprise is market-oriented to meet customer demand as the goal, to value creation as the core, enterprise management mode of operation, relying on techno- logical progress and professional services to achieve market-oriented human resources configuration, so that the power companies to adapt and promote the development of social and economic development.
