摘要 通过对国产新型温拌沥青添加剂OCAA在上海市浦东新区新建市政项目—金科南路试验路段的应用和研究,发现国产新型温拌沥青添加剂能够有效地减少拌和、摊铺与压实过程中烟气的排放;使拌和与摊铺温度下降幅度超过20℃,节能降耗;混合料质量及面层指标的检测均达到标准JTG F80/1-2004的要求,温拌OCAA改性沥青混合料的部分路用性能比热拌SBS改性沥青混合料的要突出。 Through researching the application of a new domestic warm mix asphalt(WMA) additive agent named OCAA in experimental sections of South Jinke road in Pudong Distirct,this paper found that the new domestic additive agent could reduce or control flue gas producing in the process of mixing,paving and rolling;both mixing and paving temperature might decrease more than 20℃which means saving energy and reducing consumption.The WMA experimental section testing data shows that each performance index satisfies the requirement of specification(JTG F80/1-2004).Moreover-parts of road performances of the OCAA WMA are better than those of SBS modified HMA.
