摘要 选用反相高效液相色谱外标法对氟吗啉原药进行定量分析。此方法标准偏差为 0 3 4 ,变异系数为 0 .3 8% ,回收率为 99 1%~ 10 0 1%。 The quantitative analysis of flumorph by reversal phase high performance liquid chromatography was undertaken.Using external standard method,the results showed that standard deviation and coefficient of variation were 0.34 and 0.38% respectively.The recovery was 99.1%~100.1%.
