我国地方高校社会服务职能的嬗变与改革

伴随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深入,地方高校已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。建设和发展地方高校逐渐成为实现地方社会经济发展的一条重要而现实的途径。我国地方高校的社会服务职能依次经历了封建时期、民主革命时期、计划经济时期和市场经济时期四个历史阶段的发展,虽然取得了一些成绩,但还存在一定的问题。为了进一步提升我国地方高校服务当地社会发展的能力,应该优化地方高校的专业设置,造就一支高素质的人才队伍,完善其社会服务机制。

With the deepened reforms of higher education system, the local colleges and universities have already become the important components of higher education. Construction and development of the local colleges and universities has gradually become an important and realistic way which can achieve socio - economic development. Social service function of the local colleges and universities in Chi- na goes through the feudal period, the period of democratic revolution, the period of planned economy and the period of market economy. During four historical stages of development, it has made some achievements, but there are still some problems. To further enhance the social service ability for the development of local community, the local colleges and universities should be optimizing professional set- tings, creating a highly qualified personnel and improving the mechanisms of social service.
