摘要
目的了解临床护士的自主学习能力现状,为提高临床护士的专业素质,优化护理服务质量提供启示。方法采用自编的《护理人员自主学习能力》问卷,对广州市某三级甲等医院142名临床护理人员进行调查。结果被调查者中有31.4%的护理人员喜欢护理工作,有98.6%的科室对临床教学持积极态度,93.0%的科室对护理人员采取业务技术考试;临床护士的自主学习能力平均得分为(93.5±1.31)分;不同学历、婚姻状况、所处科室对业务技术的考核制度、护理人员对护理事业的态度及自身定位的护理人员的自主学习能力差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员自主学习能力不高,其自主学习能力受学历、对护理事业的态度、科室对业务技术的考核制度、婚姻状况及自身定位的影响,应根据不同科室制定不同的培训计划,根据学历和个人定位以及婚姻状况制定个体化、分层次地自主学习能力提高方案。
Objective To explore the autonomous learning ability of clinical nurses,to improve the nursing professional’s quality,and to provide targeted advice to optimize the quality of nursing service.Methods A survey questionnaire of self-learning ability of nurses was used to investigate 142 clinical nurses in a grade-Ⅲ level-A hospital in Guanghzou.Results Of the respondents,34.1% of the nurses liked the nursing work;98.6% of the clinical departments showed positive attitude of clinical teaching;93.0% of the clinical departments had the nurses to take business technology exam.The average score of the autonomous learning ability was 93.5±1.31.Significant differences were observed on autonomous learning ability in clinical nurses with different qualifications,nursing identity,department evaluation system,and marital status(P〈0.05).Conclusion The learning ability of nurses is not strong,and the related factors include qualifications,nursing identity,department evaluation system,and marital status.To improve the autonomous learning ability of clinical nurses,hospital administrators should develop individual sub-level programs to enhance the independent learning ability in accordance with the qualifications and personal locator marital status based on different sections of the development of different training programs.
