对广州服务类职业口语现状的思考

Reflection on Professional Colloquial Language in Guangzhou Service Industry

服务类职业口语是反映社会文明程度和民众精神面貌的一个形象窗口。通过调查,我们初步了解广州市职业口语使用的基础、需求和培训现状。针对当前存在的不足,我们提出了应该结合产业发展、社会需求、语用特点来解决应用滞后、农村城市化超前培训和从基础到专业技能均等发展的长效性机制问题。

Professional colloquial language in service industry is a reflection of the graciousness of its society and a full embodiment of its people＇ s spirit. Through the survey, we developed an understanding of the current situation of the foundations,needs and training of the professional colloquial speech used in Guangzhou. Con- sidering the existing long-term systematic problems like lagging application, over advancing rural urbanization training and the equal development of skills from elementary to professional levels, this paper suggests that such issues as the development of industry, the needs of society and the characteristics of pragmatics should be inte- grated into the solution to the problems.
