对锌的硫氰酸络阴离子与三甲苯烷类有机染料孔雀绿在酸性介质中形成的有色离子缔合物的反应进行了研究。有色缔合物的反应具有较高的灵敏度 ,反应产物在阿拉伯树胶的存在下 ,水溶性增加 ,可在水相中直接测定吸光度。此法简便、快捷 ,不需分离、富集 。

The author studied the coloring reaction of thiocyanate anionic complex and organic dyestuff in acidic medium. It was shown that the water solubility of the reaction product could increase as the Arabic gum was in existence. The method is simple. No separating,concentrating and abstracting operations needed.
