摘要
对酸性硫酸盐体系 Zn-Si O2 复合镀过程中氢侵入基体 ,在镀层中的包容及放置过程中基体内氢的逸出行为研究表明 :Zn-Si O2 复合镀层比纯锌镀层包容的氢多 ,氢的渗透也更容易 ;随镀层中 Si O2 含量的增加 ,镀样氢含量也增加 ,而基体中的氢含量在镀层中 Si O2 达到一定量后便趋于稳定 ;由于氢在 Zn-Si O2 镀层中容易迁移 ,经相同放置时间后 ,Zn-Si O2 复合镀样基体氢含量低于纯锌镀样。缺口试样恒应变速率拉伸实验 ( 10 - 4 m m· s- 1 )结果表明 ,自然放置 ,Zn-Si
The penetration and occulsion of hydrogen in the composite during Zn-SiO2 composite electroplating and escaping after electroplating have been studied. The results showed that the hydrogen content in the composite was higher than that in the pure zinc coating and that hydrogen penetrated more easily into the composite than into the pure zinc layer. As the silica content in the composite increased, the hydrogen content in the specimen increased. But the hydrogen content in the steel tended to be stablized when silica content increased to a certain degree. Because hydrogen diffused easily in the composite, the content of hydrogen in the composite plated steel, after the ageing at room temperature, was less than that in the zinc plated steel, and a series of notched constant strain rate tensile tests showed that the elongation of composite plated specimen was greater than that of pure zinc plated one.Penetrating and Esca
