高顺式1,4-聚丁二烯/高间同1,2-聚丁二烯共混物的力学性能 被引量:5

摘要 研究了镍系高顺式 1,4 聚丁二烯与钴系高间同 1,2 聚丁二烯二元共混物的生胶性能和硫化胶性能。结果表明 ,随着共混胶中间同 1,2 聚丁二烯含量的增加 ,共混胶的生胶门尼粘度增大 ,抗冷流性提高 ,间同 1,2 聚丁二烯质量分数为 4 %时 ,共混胶不冷流。当间同 1,2 聚丁二烯质量分数为 8%时 ,共混胶加工性能与BR90 0 0接近 ,硫化胶30 0 %定伸应力较BR90 0 0提高 3MPa,伸长率为 4 6 0 %并显示出较好的综合性能。 Row rubber and vulcanizate properties of blends of Nickelcatalyzed high cis1,4polybutadiene and Cobaltcatalyzed high syndiotactic 1,2polybutadiene were studied.The result inducates:with the increase of content of syndiotactic polybutadiene in blend,its original mooney viscosity increases,and cold flow resistance improves.Cold flow disappears when content of syndiotactic polybutadiene is 4% process property is close to BR9000 when content of syndiotactic polybutadiene is 8%,tensile strength at 300% increaseing by 3 MPa,elongation s 460% and high comprehensive properties are obtained.
