凸轮测量容易出现的问题及解决的途径

针对凸轮测量选择测量基准和确定测量位置方法中存在的问题进行了分析,并参照国家标准GB/T1182—2008的通则要求,从发动机凸轮升程和转角是非线性函数关系入手,论述了凸轮基准选择原则和确定凸轮测量位置(起始转角)的方法,以及对凸轮测量中的测头替换,测点布局等问题进行了分析。

The current problems existing in selecting benchmarks and methods of determining measurements loca- tion of cam engine were analyzed, referencing the national standards GB/T1182-1996 general require- ments, from the engine cam lift and the comer being a nonlinear function, the principles of cam base- line choice and the methods of cam measuring position （ starting switch angle） were expounds.
