摘要
在简要介绍数控机床模态测试原理的基础上,对某机床厂生产的CK5116数控立式车床的模态及动态特性进行了测试,获得了机床整机的固有频率、模态振型、阻尼比、动刚度、动柔度等动态特性参数。通过测试发现,该机床的立柱在沿y方向的振动是该机床的薄弱环节,导致y方向的动刚度显著降低。在综合分析的基础上,提出在立柱内增设加强筋的方式来提高机床整机系统的动态特性,为同类型机床的结构性能优化提供有效的参考。
After brief introducing the principle of the modal testing of CNC machine tools, such as modal and dy- namic characteristics were tested for a machine tool factory produced CK5116 lathe, and obtained a ma- chine tool's natural frequency, mode shapes, damping ratio, dynamic stiffness, dynamic flexibility and other dynamic parameters. Test found that the machine column along the y direction of vibration of the machine's weak link, resulting in the y direction the dynamic stiffness was significantly reduced in the comprehensive analysis, based on the proposed column of additional ribs way improve the dynamic char- acteristics of machine tool systems, the structure of the same type of performance optimization tools to provide effective reference.
