摘要
介绍了自主研制的钢带缠绕预应力模具实验装置结构与工作原理,通过标定实验,获得了输出电压与缠绕张力的关系曲线。以厚壁筒类钢带缠绕预应力模具为对象开展缠绕实验研究,解决了缠绕起头与收尾时钢带的粘接等问题,成功缠绕出钢带缠绕预应力模具。通过测量模具内径尺寸的变化量,计算出径向预紧力数值,并与传统年轮式预应力模具比较,验证了钢带缠绕预应力模具所具有的技术优势。
The structure and working principle of the patented dies are introduced. The curve of electrical voltage experimental device for the strip wound prestressed vs. winding tension is established by the calibrating experiments. The winding experimental investigations aimed to the cylinder-like dies with thick wall thickness are carried out. The strip wound die is successfully developed by solving the problems of start- ing and ending by glue and others. The magnitude of prestress acting on the outer surface of die is cal- culated based on the measurement of its inner diameter. The technical advantages of the strip wound dies are proved based on the comparison with the conventional annual-ring type prestressed dies.
