重组人组织纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)治疗急性下肢动脉血栓

Acute arterial thrombosis of lower extremity treated by recombinant human tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA)

1例81岁老年男性患有冠心病、房颤等多种疾病,行心脏起搏器电池更换术前停用抗凝药物华法林,导致术后患者右下肢持续疼痛,伴右腿苍白、冰凉;股动脉、足背动脉搏动弱,右下肢大动脉血栓形成,采用重组人组织纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗,效果显著,患者肢体疼痛消失,足背动脉可触及搏动。

One 81-year-old man suffering from coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation and other diseases implemented the cardiac pacemaker battery replacement operation. The warfarin for anticoagulation was stopped, which resulted in postoperative patient with right lower extremity continuous pain, right leg pale and cold pulse weak in femoral artery and dorsalis pedis artery, thrombosis in the main artery of the right lower extremity. The patient received the intravenous thrombolytic therapy with rt-PA. The effect was significant and limb pain disappeared, and palpable pulsation was touched in the dorsalis pedis artery.
