头孢孟多酯钠致精神异常

Psychiatric disorder induced by cefamandole nafate

1例76岁男性患者,因腰椎间盘髓核摘除术术后,静脉滴注头孢孟多酯钠1 g溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL预防感染。滴注20 min后,患者出现意识模糊、燥动不安、对答不切题。立即停药,给予消炎、镇静等处理,4 h后患者精神异常症状消失。继续给予止血、制酸治疗,患者未有不适症状出现。

One 76-year-old male patient receiving lumbar diskectomy was given the intravenous infusion of cefamandole nafate 1 g dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL in order to prevent incision infection. Twenty minutes later, the patient appeared confusion, mania and answer questions beside the point. Considering the adverse drug reaction induced by cefamandole nafate, the administration was stopped. The patient received anti-inflammatory drugs, sedative and so on. Four hours later, the psychiatric disorder symptom disappeared. The patient was given the treatment of hemostasis, restraining acid, and no discomfort appeared.
