On Business Administration Program Designed for Developing Applicative Talents at Independent Colleges

独立学院工商管理专业应以社会需求作为人才培养导向,以"一专多能"作为人才培养的核心,以师资力量、专业课程、教学方法、实践资源作为人才培养的保障,从而构建应用型人才培养模式。

The paper argues that Business Administration program at independent colleges should be designed for the development of applicative talents. To make students versatile as well as aspeeialized, the program needs to take the following factors into consideration： faculty, course design, teaching approaches, and social practice.
