复方地奥司明防治包皮环切术后水肿的疗效观察

Effect of compound tablets of diosmin on prophylaxis and treatment of postoperative edema of circumcision

目的探讨复方地奥司明对于包皮环切术后包皮水肿的预防和治疗效果。方法 152例拟行包皮环切术患者随机分成2组,治疗组78例,术后给予抗感染、镇痛及抗勃起药物外,另给予复方地奥司明(爱脉朗)口服7d,对照组74例,术后仅给予抗感染及镇痛药。术后1、3、7、14d随访观察,记录水肿发生情况。结果实验组4例出现水肿,对照组13例出现水肿。两组水肿发生率有显著性差异。结论复方地奥司明对于防治包皮环切术后水肿具有明显的疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic and preventive effect of the compound of diosmin on postoperative edema of circumcision. Methods One hundred and fiflytwo patients with redundant prepuce who underwent circumcision were divided into 2 groups, treatment group （n=78） and control group （n=74）. Patients in the treatment group were administrated with the compound of diosmin （Alvenor） for 7 days in addition to antibiotics and analgesic, whereas controls were only given antibiotics and analgesic. Results All the patients were followed up at 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after operation, and the incidence of postoperative edema was recorded. Results In the postoperative edema of circumcision, the treatment group and the control group were in 4 cases and 13 cases respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The compound of diosmin has a remarkable effect on treatment of postoperative edema of circumcision and is worth promoting.
