A Study on Deng Xiaoping's Thought of Becoming Well-off Early and Common Prosperity

邓小平的先富思想具有三个方面的历史意义:帮助人们解放思想,树立大胆致富、敢于冒尖的新理念;打破平均主义、大锅饭的分配制度,确立按劳分配的新体制;调动人民群众的生产积极性,弘扬劳动致富的新风尚。邓小平的共富思想具有三个方面的现实价值:体现社会主义的本质要求;是缩小贫富差距的重要途径;彰显公平正义的道德力量。邓小平的先富与共富思想带给我们三点启示:必须正确理解先富思想的时代背景和历史作用;必须抓住时机,实现先富向共富的伟大转变;必须正确处理好先富与共富的辩证关系。

The thought of letting some people get rich early proposed by Deng Xiaoping has three mainly historical meaning： helping people open their minds and hold a new concept of making a bold trial;contributing to establish the new system of distribution according to work by breaking equalitarianism; contributing to promote and develop the social customs of make a fortune by means of industry by arouse people＇ s positivity. Meanwhile, it has three realistic values, common prosperity represents the natural needs of socialist system; a significant way of reducing the gap between the rich and poor; demonstrating the power of impartiality and justice. At the same time, three enlightenments are concluded： its background and historical funtions must be correctly understood;we must take time by the forelock to convert becoming well-off early to common prosperity; the dialectical relationship between becoming well-off early and late should be coped with reasonably.
