解放战争时期,中国共产党依据形势变化和争取民族解放的需要,采取一系列措施发展少数民族文化、遵从各民族风俗习惯、维护少数民族的信仰自由、保障少数民族语言文字的权利,动员和团结了各族群众反抗国民党的独裁统治,促进了少数民族的思想解放,为新民主主义革命的胜利做出了贡献,也为新中国民族文化工作的开展积累了经验。
