摘要
介绍了600MW超临界空冷机组的基础与轴承座刚度特性的有限元分析方法和测试方法,给出了三缸四排汽式600MW超临界空冷机组基础与轴承座的静刚度三维有限元计算结果,以及对一台同等级超临界机组现场实测研究所获得的机组基础横梁动刚度和设备安装固定后基础梁与轴承座综合动刚度数据,并在实测轴承座综合刚度及某公司采用的轴承支撑刚度条件下对轴系临界转速进行了计算和对比分析。通过对该型机组基础及轴承座刚度特性的研究,得到了600MW超临界空冷机组各轴承座综合刚度数据,以期指导同类机型或同等级机组的轴系动力特性设计。
The finite element analysis method and test method of stiffness of the foundation and bearing pedestal for 600 MW supercritical air-cooling unit arc introduced. The static stiffness calculated results of a three cylinder tandem compound four exhaust 600 MW supercritical air-cooling unit's foundation and bearing pedestal based on finite element method are presented, and dynamic stiffness of the same level supercritical unit's foundation and bearing pedestal in the field test are obtained. Based on the support stiffness of bearing offered by the factory and the data obtained by the field test, the comparative calculation of critical speed of the shaft system comes out. By researching the stiffness characteristics of foundation and bearing pedestal for this type set in many aspects, the results could be used as a guide on the design of the dynamic characteristics of the shaft system with the similar type or the same level set.
