摘要 为了研究叶轮机械气动噪声及其机理,设计建造了一个低噪声风洞;在风洞的设计过程中,对其主要部件进行了详细的气动计算,给出了设计依据;风洞建成后,对风洞进行了流场和声场校测。结果表明:试验段最大风速可达到81m/s,湍流度低,背景噪声低,风洞流场品质达到了设计的要求。 In order to investigate turbomachinery aerodynamic noise and its mechanism, a low noise wind tunnel has been designed and implemented. In the design process, detailed aerodynamic calculation of the main components is given, as well as the design basis, After the completion of the wind tunnel, flow field and aeroacoustic characterization of the facility are measured. The results show that maximum wind speed in the test section is 81 m/s and wind tunnel flow quality can achieve the design requirements with low turbulence and low background noise.
