摘要 对超超临界火电机组给水泵故障引起机组减负荷过程中的汽温控制策略进行探讨,从理论方面就燃水比、过量空气系数、焓值控制对汽温的影响进行分析,以某1 000MW机组为例,从逻辑方面就影响汽温的燃料量、给水量及风量设定值的形成进行探讨,提出给水泵故障减负荷过程的汽温控制策略;通过试验验证了该控制策略的有效性。 The steam temperature control strategies for feed water pump RB process in ultra-supercritical units have been studied. The influence of ratio of fuel to water, excessive air coefficient and enthalpy control on steam temperature has been theoretically analyzed. Taking the I 000 MW unit as an example, the setting points of fuel supply, water supply and airflow that impact the steam temperature have been logically discussed, while control strategies for feed water pump RB process put forward. Tests have been done to verify the effectiveness of the control strategies.
