摘要 针对给煤皮带在运行中频繁发生磨损、撕裂问题,对其产生的原因进行多方面的分析,对比了不同型号给煤机进口下料截面积和皮带输送时成形截面积的比值,得出给煤机落煤管中煤流动性达到理想状态的量化值,提出了相应的改进措施。给煤机进口结构改进后可以使皮带损坏概率降到最低。 Abstract:Causes leading to belt wearing and tearing in operation of coal feeder are analyzed from various aspects. Cross section ratios of feed opening and the coal shaped on belt during conveying are compared among different types of coal feeders, during which an optimal value of quantized flow property in coal chute is obtained. Corresponding measures are put forward by retrofitting the coal feeder inlet so as to minimize the belt damage probability.
