摘要 采用PRO/E软件建立安全超越离合器三维模型,并利用优化设计方法对安全超越离合器进行创新设计.结果表明:安全超越离合器自锁性能可靠,并能同时满足安全和超越两项功能;随着弹簧丝直径变化,得到不同载荷的扭矩范围,离合器零部件尺寸和使用场合也发生改变.研究结果为离合器的创新设计及生产应用提供了理论依据. In this study, we used software Pro/e to establish a 3 D model of safety - ensuring overrunning clutch. We also adopted an optimization design method to make innovation on safety -ensuring overrunning clutch. The result showed that the self-locking function was reliable and both the safety and overrunning were guaranteed. As the diameter of spring wire varies, the torque range of various loads can be obtained and the size of clutch parts and application occasion also change. Our findings have provided an intellectual underpinning for the innovative design and production of clutch.
