西安-咸阳旅游一体化开发潜力评价研究

An Evaluation Study on the Development Potentiality of Xi'an-Xianyang Tourism Integration

《关中-天水经济区发展规划》批准以来,区域建设进入了最好最快的发展时期.西安和咸阳两市具有近邻的区位、互补的旅游资源和相通的文脉等得天独厚优势,必将成为关天经济区旅游业的核心地带和增长极.应用层次分析法(AHP)对西安-咸阳两地旅游开发潜力进行了评价,就如何进一步形成合力,挖掘资源潜力,搞好旅游一体化,作了一些初步研究.量化分析得出,两市资源价值高,特别是历史文化价值内涵深厚,知名度甚高,整体形象较优,一体化开发潜力巨大.

Since the approval of the Development Plan of Guanzhong -Tianshui Economic Zone, the regional construction has entered into its best development period. Xi＇ an and Xian-yang boast exclusive advantages in terms of neighboring location, supplementary tourism resources and the same cultural context. The area is expected to become the core region of tourism growth in Guanzhong - Tianshui Economic Zone. Adopting the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） , we have made an evaluation and pilot study of the tourism development potentiality in terms of the mergence, the exploration of resource potentialities and the tourism integration. The result of quantitative analysis is that these two cities have precious resources with exclusive historical and cultural value. The area＇ s high reputation and superior image guarantee a promise of great development potentiality.
