摘要
振动台的随机振动试验是检测试件耐振能力的重要手段,在随机振动模拟试验时出现的谐振现象是影响随机振动试验效果的重要因素。在对振动台系统理论分析的基础上,提出振动台控制系统的动态范围、控制方法、参数设置、工装夹具、安装方式等都是影响谐振产生的重要因素,并结合振动台面的两点平均控制的控制通道响应峰谷重叠,无法改善扩展均匀度的实例,消除了谐振现象,使随机振动响应达到了理想的控制状态。
The test of random vibration on vibrator is very important for vibration durability, but the resonance affects the test effect. On the basis of theorical analyses of vibratorsystem, this paper puts forward that the dynamic extension of the vibrator, control method, parameter setting, workholding and the install manner are the factors which produce resonance. Combining the examples of the wrap of ridges and peaks of the spectrum in control channels with the condition of spread equality, the research dispells the phenomenon of resonance, and improves the response of random vibration more perfectly.
