With the rapid development of digital technology, traditional education function of the library has been greatly challenged and faces the danger of being marginalized. The focus of this issue in colleges has been the following points, the in-depth analysis of issues, to constantly update their concepts, actively respond and accelerate the construction, and continue to play its ＂hidden in one, for the purpose of educating people＂ role.
