克石化厂加热炉管腐蚀分析及控制

ANALYSIS AND CONTROL OF FURNACE TUBE CORROSOION IN KARAMAY PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX

通过对克石化厂数座加热炉管腐蚀的调查 ,列举并分析了影响加热炉炉管腐蚀的一些因素 ,力求寻找到造成克石化厂加热炉管严重腐蚀的原因及腐蚀机理 ,同时介绍了所采取的相应的防腐蚀措施和效果。

By inspecting some cases of furnace tube corrosion in Karamay Petrochemical Complex (KPC), describing and analysing some influence factors of the furnace tube corrosion, it was tried to find the reason of the serious furnace tube corrosion which occurred in KPC. The corresponding corrosion prevention measures were introduced in this paper as well.
