摘要 机床主轴的动态特性直接影响机床的加工质量、效率和稳定性。针对直驱式滚刀主轴的结构特点,应用传递矩阵法对该主轴系统中各个典型单元的状态进行了数学描述,并建立了该主轴系统的传递矩阵方程。通过Matlab编程求解出系统的固有频率和切削点的振幅,并着重分析了该主轴系统的主要设计参数对系统动态性能的影响规律,为主轴系统动态设计及优化提供了理论依据。 The dynamic characters of the spindle of the machine directly influence the processing quality, efficiency and stability. Aiming at the structure characters of the direct drive hob spindle, transmits matrix method was applied to give mathematical description on the state of each typical unit of this spindle system, and the transfer matrix equation was built. Through Matlab programming, the natural frequencies and the amplitudes of the cutting point were calculated. The influence regularities about several important design parameters on the system dynamic performance were investigated. It provides a theoretical basis for dynamic design and optimization of this spindle system.
