摘要
根据大型五轴联动加工中心高效、高精度的加工要求,设计出横梁板筋的类桁架结构形式,该结构连接点少、刚度大,可提高机床的加工性能;设计出4种不同结构的横梁,并通过有限元分析软件Ansys分别对其进行静力学分析,得出各结构在x、y、z 3个方向上的最大变形量;通过对质量、刚度和使用性能的比较得出最优结构,该结构质量为1 818kg,x、y、z方向上的最大位移变形值分别为0.045、0.031、0.148 mm,总体变形值为0.154 mm。
A structure similar to truss in the beam ligament was designed according to the high efficient and high precision ma- chining requirements for large five-axis machining center. This structure has less connection point, greater stiffness, and can increase the stiffness of the machine tools. Four different beam structures were designed, and the finite element analysis software Ansys was used to analyze their static characteristics. The maximum deformations in three directions x, y, z were obtained. The optimal structure was gotten comparing with other structures through mass, stiffness and performance. Its mass is 1 818 kg, and its maximum deformations in x, y, z directions are 0. 45, 0. 031 and0. 148 mm respectively. The total deformation is 0. 154 nan.
