摘要
基于序贯蒙特卡罗仿真建立了计及风电场的发输电系统风险评估模型,该模型考虑了风速的随机性和风电机组的强迫停运,将风电场可靠性模型与发输电组合系统相结合。基于效用理论提出了风电场接入后系统的风险指标。采用Matlab编写了相应程序,以IEEE-RTS79系统为例验证了本文所提模型的有效性,并分析了风电场接入对发输电系统的影响。
A risk evaluation model of generation and transmission system considering wind farms based on the sequential Monte-Carlo simulation approach is presented. The ranclomicity of tire wind and wind power generation forced outage rate is considered in this model. The wind farm reliability model is combined with generation and transmission system. Corresponding software is programmed in Matlab. The calculation of the IEEE-RTS79 lest system is carried out to verify the, effectiveness of tire model. Then the impact of, wind farm on generation and transmission system is studied.
