基于Modelica语言的泵车臂架系统举升过程仿真 被引量:1

摘要 混凝土泵车臂架系统是涵盖机械、液压、控制等多领域的复杂物理系统。以Modelica/MWorks为建模平台,对臂架系统进行了模块化拆解,采用参数化建模方法构建了各个元件的模型,然后通过这些元件搭建了臂架仿真模型并进行了动态仿真。仿真结果表明:液压冲击对臂架稳定性有着重要影响,PD(比例微分)控制系统对液压冲击有着较好的抑制。研究结果可为臂架系统的设计提供一定的参考。 Boom system of concrete pump truck is a complex physical systems which covers mechanical, hydraulic, control and other areas. Taking Modelica/MWorks as modeling platform, the boom system was decomposed with modular approach. Then model of each part was constructed with parametric modeling method. The whole model of the boom system was built. Simulation results show that the hydraulic shock has a great influence on the stability of the boom system. The PD ( proportional and differential) control system can greatly inhibit the hydraulic shock. All these provide a reference for the design of boom system.
