摘要 为研究天然气喷嘴结构参数对喷射特性和喷射效果的影响,利用AMESim软件建立了平口型阀门的天然气喷嘴仿真模型,并对该模型进行详细介绍。模拟了喷嘴一个完整的喷射过程,得到了该喷嘴喷射特性曲线和阀门运动的相关数据,将计算流量和实验流量数据进行对比,验证了系统模型的准确性,可为电控天然气喷嘴的设计提供参考。 To research the influence of gas nozzle structure parameters to spray characteristics and effect, the simulation model of natural gas nozzle of valve with plain seat was built based on AMESim, and this model was introduced in detail. The entire nozzle's spray process was simulated to get the nozzle's characteristic spray patterns and the movement data of the valve. The comparison of calculated flow data and experimental flow data was made to verify the system model's accuracy. It can provide reference data for the design of electronic nozzle.
