摘要
在分析已有故障模式的基础上,采用灰色理论相关方法来分析加工中心的整机可靠性。该方法综合考虑了加工中心各子系统在整机故障中的关联程度,可以快捷、准确地确定产品可靠性改进的重点方向以及可以对产品重要可靠性指标MTBF值进行预测。以某型号加工中心整机为例,对故障数据进行统计分析,指出其可靠性薄弱环节为换刀系统、电气系统和润滑系统,并给出预测分析该型号加工中心MTBF值的方法。结果证明,该方法合理、实用。
Based on probing into the methods of failure analysis, gray theory was adopted to analyze the reliability of machine center. In the method, the connection degree of each subsystem in machine failures was considered comprehensively. The main direc- tions of reliability enhancement could be decided fast and exactly and the MTBF values could be predicted. Taking a certain type of machine center as an example, its failure data were analyzed statistically. It is found that its tool system, electrical system and lubri- cation system are the weak links of reliability. The method of predicting the MTBF values of the machine center was given. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is reasonable and practical.
